1. Shipping Policy
We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
1.1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification.
- Orders placed after 12 PM IST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
1.2. Shipping Services & Areas
- We currently ship across India.
- We partner with leading courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket, Ecom Express, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery.
- The specific courier partner for your order is chosen automatically based on your pin code for the best serviceability.
1.3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations (e.g., parts of Northeast India, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands) may take 7-10 additional business days. An additional surcharge may apply, which will be visible at checkout.
These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, logistical issues, or public holidays.
1.4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s real-time status.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
1.5. Un-delivered Orders & Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
- If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at Connect@lavinlase.com / Lavinlase09@gmail.com . We can only modify the address if the order has not been shipped.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, we will refund the order amount minus the original and return shipping charges.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a easy return and exchange policy in line with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2.1. Return Eligibility
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in the original packaging.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included.
2.2. What Cannot Be Returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Innerwear, socks, and lingerie.
- Personalized or customized products.
- No Tag Products
2.3. Reasons for Return
You can request a return for:
- Damaged/Defective Product: If you receive a product that is torn, stained, or has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Product Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Size Exchange: If the size does not fit.
2.4. Return Process
- Contact Us: Log in to your account or email us at Connect@lavinlase.com / lavinlase09@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your Order Number, product details, and reason for return along with clear photos/videos of the product.
- Return Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the return address.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please do not ship the item without a Return Authorization Number.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
2.5. Refund Process
- Upon successful validation of the returned product:
- For Prepaid Orders (UPI/Card/Net Banking): The refund will be credited to the original source of payment within 7-10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be processed via NEFT to your provided bank account details. Please ensure you provide correct details.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
2.6. Exchange Process
- We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer store credit.
- The customer bears the cost of shipping for the exchange product.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by contacting us at Connect@lavinlase.com / Lavinlase09@gmail.com or through your account.
- Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You can, however, initiate a return as per the policy above after receiving the product.
